How do I know which tennis racket size is right for me?
We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. Generally, grip sizes range from 0 to 5. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size and adding an overgrip for the perfect fit.
Do you offer professional racket stringing services?
Yes, we offer custom stringing for all performance rackets. You can select your preferred string type and tension (in lbs) before adding the item to your cart. Our certified stringers handle every order.
What is your return policy for tennis shoes and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and footwear in their original packaging. Please note that shoes must be tested on indoor surfaces to remain eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for heavy items like ball machines?
Standard equipment shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to their size, ball machines and court equipment are shipped via specialized freight and may take 7-10 business days for delivery.
Are the tennis balls sold in bulk or individual pressurized cans?
We offer both! You can purchase individual 3-ball or 4-ball cans, or save by purchasing full cases (24 cans) for club or tournament use.
Do you offer a warranty on performance rackets?
All performance rackets come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, string breakage, or damage caused by accidental impact with the court.
